| The TaylorMade Burner '09 iron set features a progressive club-by-club optimization with separately engineered long, middle, and short irons with more distinct and consistent distance gaps between clubs. The long irons are extremely forgiving with slightly more offset and thicker top lines to help inspire confidence and forgiveness. The middle irons are long and accurate. The short irons are accurate and responsive and provide traditional specifications for more workability. The multi-material cavity badge helps to dampen vibrations and sound to promote extraordinary feel. The Multi-Functional Sole combines a low center of gravity with the playability of a thin sole. The Inverted Cone Technology increases ball speed across the entire face to maintain distance, even on off-center hits. |
