TaylorMade Golf PreOwned is the leading source for all TaylorMade PreOwned Golf equipment in the U.S. All golf clubs for sale on this site are Certified PreOwned products, which undergo a complete 6-point inspection by our trained staff and include a thorough cleaning, visual inspection, and a 12-month Limited Warranty. Each club is provided with new grip, if necessary, and drivers, fairways, hybrids and putters are sold with a TaylorMade Golf headcover.

Our promise to you is simple. We promise that you will have the best online golf shopping experience possible. All payments must be made in US currency. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and PayPal. We also accept payment by money order and certified check. When paying by money order, certified check or with a PayPal account that is linked to a checking account (known as PayPal e-check) please note that shipment of your order will not occur until after the payment is received and verified. Please remember, that PayPal e-checks generally take 3-4 days to verify; therefore, we cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipments for these orders.

For contractual limitations, only orders placed within the United States will be accepted.

State law requires us to charge sales taxes for all shipments made to locations within North Carolina. Sales taxes of 7.75% for North Carolina shipments will be charged on all orders if a location within North Carolina is chosen as the shipment destination. Certain counties and municipalities in the State of North Carolina may be subject to an additional sales tax. Sales taxes are not charged on sales of gift certificates; however, any purchases where gift certificates are used as tender will be charged sales taxes if the ordered items are shipped to a North Carolina location.

Once you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number, information and additional instructions. Once payment is received and verified, your order will be processed. Please remember to add the email address customerservice@taylormadegolfpreowned.com to your safe senders list so that you will receive all confirmation emails. Your confirmation will include your order number and a link to our Order Tracking Page. You may track the progress of your order any time on this page. Once your order is shipped, you will be supplied with a carrier tracking number. You may then track the progress of your shipment at the carrier website. Please allow 3-4 hours before this information is updated to our carrier. Please also remember that we cannot provide tracking information for Military APO/FPO shipments as they are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Please note that for your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company to process the payment for your order. Please remember these and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order.

We make every effort to ensure that your transaction will be secure and safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If fraudulent charges resulting from transactions on our Web Site are applied to your account and your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, TaylorMade Golf PreOwned will cover this entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from our secure server.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information. Your information cannot be accessed by any unauthorized individual. We are fully compliant with PCI requirements and our site is scanned daily by McAfee Secure ®. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Our checkout system will automatically apply multiple unit (add-on) shipping rates if multiple items are included on the same order.

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as delivery or damage issues, please call our customer service team as soon as possible at 866-999-8676. While these issues are rare, they do occur. When you call, please have your order number available. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or the contents. Call us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with our carrier. We will then give you additional guidance regarding replacement items. We can only ship you a replacement item once the claim has been processed with our shipper. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.

We encourage you to call our customer service team with any shipping issues. If you need to contact the carrier, you can use the track your order feature to obtain carrier contact information.

All certified preowned items for sale are unique and most models are available in very limited quantities. Our product mix and availability changes daily. If you are looking for a particular club, we encourage you to set up a Product Alert on the My Account Page. You may establish an alert for a particular model, style, loft, etc. Once we receive that particular model, you will be sent an email notification. Please remember that we cannot hold inventory until you complete check-out. If for some reason the product you ordered is not available, you will be notified regarding your options for product replacement.

All of our certified preowned products are priced based on condition and prevailing market demand and supply.

All products that are designated as TaylorMade Certified PreOwned have undergone an intense evaluation, have a new grip installed, if needed, include a TaylorMade Golf headcover and come with a 12-month limited warranty.

We offer you the ability to purchase online gift certificates. These are a great gift idea for the holidays, birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or just a great way to say thank you. Gift certificates may be purchased in denominations from $10 to $1000. To purchase a gift certificate, simply visit our Purchase a Gift Certificate. page. While sales tax is not charged on purchases of gift certificates, it will be applied to shipments made to locations within North Carolina when gift certificates are redeemed.
