Your order will be processed after payment is received and verified. After you complete the check-out process, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and a link to our Order Tracking Page. You may track the progress of your order any time on this page. Please remember to add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list so that you will receive all confirmation emails. Once your order is shipped, you will also be supplied with a carrier tracking number. You may then track the progress of your shipment at the carrier website. Please allow 3-4 hours before this information is updated to our carrier. We cannot provide tracking information for Military APO/FPO shipments as all such packages are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Please note that for your protection, our checkout system verifies credit card billing information and address information. This information must exactly match the information on file with your credit card company to process the payment for your order. These and other payment verification procedures may delay the processing of your order.
