We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries will be delivered Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries will be delivered Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. All military shipments are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped within one business day of payment verification. Orders requiring expedited service must be received, processed, and have the payment verified by 12 PM EST to be shipped that same business day. Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Delivery times vary by geography. Delivery usually takes from 1-6 business days. For average delivery days in transit for Ground shipments within the Continental U.S. see image below.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via 2nd Day Air. Typically, these orders are delivered within 2 business days to most areas in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer ground service to these locations.

We offer additional options for expedited shipments for U.S. customers:
Next Day:  Delivered next business day to most U.S. cities.
2 Day:  Delivered in 2 business days to most U.S. cities.
3 Day:  Delivery by the third business day to the Continental U.S. only.

Orders for expedited service must be processed by 12 PM EST to be shipped that day. We cannot accommodate requests for expedited service for orders paid with money order, check or PayPal e-check.

All APO/FPO shipments must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. These shipments typically take from 4-6 weeks for delivery. If these shipments are not delivered within 75 days or more, a claim can be submitted with the U.S. Postal. Please contact us for details. Rates for APO/FPO shipments will be the same as the 2 Day rates.

All shipments to Canada, excluding Military and manufacturer drop shipments, are typically delivered to Canadian addresses within two business days after leaving our facility.
Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST)). Please contact your local customs office for more details. These taxes are paid by our carrier and the customer must reimburse our carrier for these charges upon delivery. We cannot change amounts for declared value. The declared value will equal the purchase price.
In accordance with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), shipments from the United States to Canada or Mexico are eligible for preferential tariff treatment. Please note that all shipments outside the United States are subject to inspection by customs and border security authorities.

All shipments to countries outside the US and Canada, excluding Military shipments, are delivered to addresses within two to five business days after leaving our facility. Delivery times vary by destination. Typical delivery times to major destinations within the below regions are as follows:

• Mexico: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days
• Europe: Delivery within 3 to 4 business days
• Asia, Central America and South America: Delivery within 4 to 5 business days

We ship to the following countries. If your country is not on the list below, we do not ship to that location.

All shipments outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, import and other fees. Any such charges levied on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and not TaylorMade Golf PreOwned. These charges are beyond our control and vary from country to country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. These fees are prepaid by our carrier upon clearing customs and the customer must reimburse our carrier when the shipment is delivered. All shipments outside the United States must include a commercial invoice. The value of this invoice must equal the purchase price of the items.
