TMPO, LLC which operates TaylorMade Golf PreOwned will provide a warranty to its customers that its Certified PreOwned Golf Clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase from TaylorMade Golf PreOwned, provided that (1) proof of purchase, such as of copy of customer invoice, is provided; and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party. A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is TaylorMade Golf PreOwned’s sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification.

All Other Products. With respect to all other TaylorMade or TMAX Gear products, please,refer to www.taylormadegolf.com/warranty.asp or tmaxgear.com, respectively.

TaylorMade Golf PreOwned’s Responsibility. If a defect in a genuine TaylorMade product sold by TaylorMade Golf PreOwned is identified within 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase, and you comply with the requirements outlined above, TaylorMade Golf PreOwned, in its sole discretion, upon the prompt return of the product to TaylorMade Golf PreOwned, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual usage of the product in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible.

Your Responsibility. If you have warranty questions or wish to obtain warranty service, please contact the customer service department of TaylorMade Golf PreOwned at 866-999-TMPO(8676). Please do not call Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. TaylorMade Golf PreOwned will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.

Limitations On Warranties

1) Warranty claims will be handled at TaylorMade Golf PreOwned’s sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.

2) ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

3) Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.

4) TMPO, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF TAYLORMADE PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranty set forth above, other than those for non-Certified PreOwned Golf Clubs that may be in effect from Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc.

5) ANY WARRANTY OBLIGATION BY TMPO, LLC IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO A THIRD PARTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
