I have a shipment problem. What do I do?

While shipping issues are rare, they do occur. If you experience any problems with your shipment, such as delivery or damage issues, please contact our customer service team using the Contact Us form. Please include your order number. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or the contents. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with our carrier. We will then provide you with additional guidance regarding replacement items. We can only ship a replacement item to you when the claim has been processed with our shipper. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.

If you need to contact the carrier, you can use the Track Order feature to obtain carrier contact information.
